Idaho Rele Strategic Resources – GuruFocus.com
COEUR D’ALENE, ID / ACCESSWIRE / December 20, 2021 / Idaho Strategic Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: NJMCD) (“NJMCD”, “Idaho Strategic” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the following letter to shareholders from President and CEO John Swallow:
As Will Rogers said, “Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.”
At Idaho Strategic, we see personal ownership not only as a choice, but also as a competitive advantage. With our division reversed and our name change in the rear view mirror and listing on NYSE American, on behalf of all stakeholders, I wanted to express my gratitude to the employees at IDR for embracing the change and moving to the next level of accountability. .
In my letter from the President dated August 4, 2020, I described what was then considered a generational turning point perhaps accelerated by the pandemic – how it was handled, what it revealed and what it did not. had not yet revealed. And now, as the proverbial dust has largely settled in parts of the country (others less so), it is evident that many of the reactions and policies associated with this new age decision-making are here to stay.
With today’s moving parts, we are deliberately trying to stay aware of the changing times and our positioning (and ride the wave instead of turning our backs on it). At Idaho Strategic, in addition to the company’s playbook, we do our share of reading and research – and names like The Rare Metals War, Sellout, and Super Fuel are more recent additions to our long list. And although our country is way behind schedule, it seems many are now realizing that China’s status has cost more than anyone who has recognized it or was willing to recognize it, and that with the big reset comes a More complete “understanding”. rare earth elements and mining necessary to achieve our climate goals.
With our Idaho-based common denominator approach to stores of value and strategic resources, we have successfully used the past 2 years as a launching pad while others have used it as an excuse.
As the graph below illustrates, Idaho Strategic stakeholders now appreciate the difficult-to-replicate combination of gold and rare earth elements. We have built a strong real estate portfolio and growing gold production profile that forms the basis for cash flow and universal store of value. In addition, we have active ownership of two nationally recognized rare earth element properties that could potentially serve as a national source of minerals essential to both a low carbon future and our national defense. And it all falls under the jurisdiction of the great state of Idaho, which is endowed with mineral resources and conducive to business.
As we enter this new âgreen eraâ at a faster rate than expected and our country’s current infrastructure is ready to support, we will continue to assess complementary opportunities to add value to our portfolio. . And since we use the same diligent approach as when we brought the Golden Chest into production, consolidated the Murray Gold Belt, and acquired two nationally recognized rare earth element properties⦠We are listening to the needs of the company, by capitalizing on the opportunities that present themselves and remain committed to our âWe live hereâ philosophy on corporate culture, management and historic preservation.
We believe successful operations begin with the increased accountability that only local oversight and a community mindset can provide. That the established foreign approach towards offshoring environmental damage and irresponsible working conditions – in the name of saving the environment – has finally run its course. And as 2021 draws to a close and we welcome 2022, I want to once again recognize the hard work and commitment of our employees, our shareholders and our community. I often say that there’s an element of serendipity in what we’ve accomplished at Idaho Strategic so far, but it’s the Idaho Strategic Resources stakeholder team that delivers it every day.
Happy holidays, happy trips and a toast to the new year.
About Idaho Strategic Resources, Inc.
Domiciled in Idaho and based in the North Idaho Panhandle, Idaho Strategic Resources (IDR) is one of the few resource-based companies (public or private) with the combination of rare earth element properties in the officially recognized United States (in Idaho) and Idaho. -based on gold production located in an established mining community.
Idaho Strategic Resources produces gold at the Golden Chest mine located in the Murray Gold Belt (MGB) region of the world-class Coeur d’Alene mining district, north of the prolific Silver Valley. With over 5,000 acres of patented and unpatented land, the company has the largest position of private land in the region after consolidating the Murray Gold Belt for the first time in over 100 years.
In addition to gold and gold production, the Company maintains a significant strategic presence in the US critical minerals industry, with a specific focus on the most âat riskâ rare earth elements (REEs). The Company’s Diamond Creek and Roberts ETR properties are included in the United States National ETR Inventory as reported in USGS, IGS and DOE publications. Both projects are located in central Idaho and participate in the USGS Earth MRI program.
With an impressive mix of experience and dedication, the people of IDR maintain a long-standing âWe live hereâ approach to corporate culture, land management and historic preservation. Additionally, we believe successful operations begin with the increased accountability that only local oversight and a community mindset can provide. Its ‘everyone comes home at night’ policy would not be possible without the multigenerational base of local exploration, drilling, mining, milling and business professionals who reside in and near the communities. from the Silver Valley and northern Idaho.
